Herbs provided in an easy to open pouch, ready to use.
- Herbs are added to a gallon of boiling water, simmered on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Then cool to a reasonable temperature that you can tolerate. Add mixture to a foot soaking tub.
- Add a cup of vinegar if dealing with bone spurs
- Add a cup of vodka for pain without bone spurs.
- Soak the foot in the hot solution for 10 minutes or more.
For those not interested in soaking in a tub, you can take a towel and immerse it into the hot herbal infused water, ring it out and then wrap other dry towels around it.
This formula is very strong and not for internal use.
Great for chronic joint injuries as well!
